BouwQ was founded in 2003 as an independent building inspection firm. Ever since then we have worked with our clients to ensure safety and comfort. We inspect full development processes, from design to realisation. We perform our inspections according to the Technical Inspection Service (TIS) methodology across five different categories; General Building, Structural Integrity, BPS, Fire Safety and Technical Installations.
The inspectors at BouwQ work on many different projects of significant size. Firms that want extra assurance for their development hire us to perform inspections. This means we get to take part in megaprojects all across the country. Simultaneously we still work on smaller projects, usually public works that legally require a Wkb-inspection.
BouwQ is also involved in certifying prefab concepts as a whole, allowing for speedier permit processes and making construction easier to get off the ground.
