VAT Liability changes

As we became VAT liable (btw plichtig), some things have changed with regard to buying things and declarations. The following things need to be kept in mind when buying things for CHEOPS you would like to decelerate:

- The maximum amount to submit a declaration is 100€ incl VAT (btw). 
- When you need to order something over a 100€ incl VAT come to the bridge where the board will pay it, use your own email but make sure to send the invoice (factuur) to the treasurer email: treasurer@cheops.cc
- If you order something online order it under the name of CHEOPS, Studievereniging Bouwkunde
- If you have a quotation (offerte) which needs to be paid later by the treasurer, first come to the bridge and ask if that’s okay before confirming the quotation. 
- On the invoice and/or receipt the VAT should be visible
- When you declare via the website with a receipt; make a picture of the entire receipt where everything is visible. 
- On the invoice and/or receipt only things which are bought for CHEOPS should be visible, so no products of your own use should be on the invoice and/or receipt.
